So last night was enchilada Saturday, and it was fantastic. I had Kristyn, Dan, Anne, Paul, Yasmine and myself here for dinner. I love cooking for big crowds. Tonight Banana is coming over for dinner, I think I'm doing Greek chicken and feta rice pilaf. yum!
